Award Judge Rhys Williams

Rhys is a finance professional and business adviser with over 16 years’ experience specialising in supporting charities and social enterprise. Rhys has advised large-scale multi-million pound charities and trust funds in relation to operational, financial and governance matters.

Rhys currently supports ‘New Start’ organisations through the Social Business Wales programme delivered by Cwmpas. Rhys is also a qualified rugby coach and volunteers in his spare time with his hometown club of Mountain Ash RFC.
